Cookie Policy

This policy describes how we use cookies to collect information about how you use our website.

Creavo place small files (commonly called “cookies”) onto your computer to collect information about how you use our website.

Cookies can be used for a number of different reasons. We use them to measure how you use the website (this is called analytics) so that it can be updated and improved, how you and other users have accessed information, the type of information that is reviewed and the frequency of use. We also use cookies to remember the notifications that you have seen so that we don’t ask for the same information again. For example, we will only tell you about our cookie policy when you access our website, and not every time that you visit a different page on the website. The cookies that we use do not capture information which can be used to identify you.

You will normally see a message appear on the site before we store a cookie on your computer.

Third Party Cookies

As explained above, we use a number of cookies on our website. First-party cookies are those that we determine and need to use on our website. Third party cookies are cookies that originate from different websites. We do not control the setting of third-party cookies, so if you are concerned you should check the policy on the third-party website.

An example of a third-party website we use is YouTube. We have a number of videos on the Creavo website although we own (or have permission to use) them, the video content is actually streamed from YouTube. You may therefore receive a YouTube cookie if you view one of our videos.
